RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Return Details - Please Read Carefully

Proof of Purchase - Summit Bike & Ski will not accept any returns, defective merchandise, or warranty items without proof of purchase or a valid receipt. No Exceptions.

Shipping Costs - If we made a mistake with your order, we will pay to have the items returned to us and replacements sent back to you. Shipping costs for items returned for exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds - Orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fees are not refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be the total amount paid MINUS actual shipping costs.

Types of Returns

Non-Defective Return
If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Select the products you are returning and call or email us a little bit about why you would like to return them. You are responsible for return shipping costs and please do not return anything without hearing from us first.c

Defective Product Return

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our Customer Service department at summitbikeandski@gmail.com so we can help with a return label and process a replacement.

Refund Policy

  • Time - Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days. Full orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center and are processed (less any shipping fees paid).
  • Method Of Refund - Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
  • Product Condition - Summit Bike & Ski is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return.
